- Description
- We are currently looking to recruit two experienced Project Managers for a Main Contractor in Edinburgh on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who pride themselves in being one of Scotlands top high end construction companies as they go through a period of growth.
They have a large pipeline of work, are very well established and in the role you will follow from initial design right through to handing over the keys.
Projects include high value residential developments, 1 off new builds, refurbishments & commercial projects with values up to multi million pound plus.
Duties will include- Organising and running a couple of small build teams & projects
- Making and following a programme
- Client meetings
- Overseeing site set ups and health and safety
- Liaising with architects, sub contractors, quantity surveyors, builders merchants etc.
Must Have- Demonstrable Project Management experience of high value builds
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lead projects successfully
