- Description
- We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor for a growing construction company in Edinburgh.
This company are extremely busy and have a strong pipeline of projects; they have an experienced team leading them.
They work within both Residential and Commercial and projects they work on include mixed use conversion, new build, extensions and refurbishments.
They are going through a period of growth and see this position as a key appointment with a clear scope to further your career within the business with a look to progress into Commercial Management as the company grows.
Duties will include
· Managing Commerical aspects of Contracts
· Following Projects from Estimation to completion
· Monthly Valuations
· Procurement & Negotiation of Sub-Contractors
· P&L Reports
· Assisting with Estimating, buying as and when required
Must Have
· Demonstrable experience within a Quantity Surveying position in the Built Environment
· Good communication skills
· Competent with Microsoft office
Salary is D.O.E and can be negotiable depending on experience.
Also willing to look at capable assistants looking to take the next step into managing their own projects.
