- Description
- We are currently looking for a Customer Liaison Officer for an industry leading energy services and construction company in Edinburgh.
The main overview of the role is to assist with the smooth running and progress of projects and build and maintain positive relationships between the Customers, Sub-Contractors, clients and colleagues.
Duties will include:- Being first point of contact for customers with the implementation of planned maintenance works
- Liaising directly with customers to discuss and create planned maintenance works programmes with the minimum of disruption
- Maintain up to date records and carry out written and photographic surveys of properties prior to works commencing
- Produce weekly reports and minimise and manage complaints
Must have- Experience in a customer focused or operational role
- Full Uk Driving licence and own transport
- Excellent people skills
- Good Communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
Ideally- CSCS Card
- First Aid
- Experience within the construction industry
The position will be based in Edinburgh but will require travel to sites as required.
