- Due to planned growth an excellent opportunity for an experienced Q.S has arisen for a well established Construction Company in West Lothian.
This company take pride in their work, have a high level of customer satisfaction and as a result a large amount of repeat business from long term clients.
You will be joining a close knit team and there is scope for you to progress your career within the company.
The Projects they work on are varied and interesting including amongst others Refurbishments, Historical Work, Educational Buildings.
Duties & Responsibilities
·Managing 3-4 Contracts at a time
·Following Projects from Estimation to completion
·Monthly Valuations
·Procurement & Negotiation of Sub-Contractors
·Quarterly P&L Reports
Skills and Qualifications
Requirements:
·Relevant Qualification & experience within Quantity Surveying
·Ideally experience within a Project Q.S role.
·Full UK driving licence.
