- Description
- We are currently looking for an experienced Human Factors consultant in Aberdeen for an award-winning Human Factors Consultancy with a look to start asap.
This company have performed extremely well over the last year and due to this they are looking to add an experienced consultant to there team to be based out of Aberdeen full time.
This is a great on opportunity to work with blue-chip clients in front-line locations supported by chartered Human Factors specialists possessing an entrepreneurial and mature approach to client and employee relationships.
You will receive a lot of autonomy in the role and will be actively encouraged to grow within the business.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong operational experience of a safety critical/high hazard industry
• Comfortable conversing and presenting to clients face to face
• Degree qualified in Human Factors/HSE, or other relevant qualification if combined with suitable experience. Industrial Psychology/Systems Design/Engineering degrees will be considered
Ideally
• A proven understanding of how Human Factors is critical to maintaining safe operations
• Experience working to deadlines and deliverables individually and within a team
• Experience delivering boutique training programs within safety critical/high hazard industries
A willingness to facilitate face-to-face training programs for our clients, as well as utilising your existing Human Factors skill set within a consulting environment, is essential. We must stress that this a client-facing position, not a research-based role.
