- Description
- We are looking for a Site Manager with Bespoke One off New builds experience for a Main Contractor in Edinburgh on a permanent basis.
This is a genuinely fantastic opportunity to work with a company who pride themselves in being one of Scotlands top state of the art construction companies, have a large pipeline of work and really look after there employees (benefits, training, progression opportunities etc..)
The first project will be in Fife and the role will involve travel with further projects in the Lothians, Scotland & potentially throughout the UK.
We are looking for someone who has experience managing construction from a greenfield site and with high value projects, builds can be anywhere from between £300k- Multi Million pound+
Must Have- Bespoke House Building Experience
- SMSTS
- Demonstrable Experience in Site Management
- Ideally Joiner/Trade Background
