- High end developer are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their successful construction team in local Edinburgh office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close knit company that have a large pipeline of work and ambitious plans for the companies future.
You will get a lot of autonomy in the position, the chance to work on exciting and varied projects and exposure to different aspects of construction.
Duties for the role will include:
- Taking commercial lead on projects
- Procurement and selection of sub contractors
- Monthly account meetings
- Cost Planning
- Budgeting
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Relevant Q.S Qualification
- Demonstrable experience within house building or general construction in a similar role
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
