Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor for an established House Builder in Edinburgh.

This role will be based out of the Edinburgh office with the majority of work in the surrounding area.

Responsibilities for the successful surveyor will include:

  • Being commercially responsible for multiple new build housing sites
  • Managing costings for the project
  • Procurement
  • Cost reportings
  • Valuations

Requirements for the role:

  • Qualified in Quantity Surveying (HND/BSC)
  • Demonstrable experience, within housing ideally, willing to look at general construction.
