- Description
- We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to relocate to one of the stunning Scottish Islands. You will be working for a well established main contractor who has a reputation in delivering high quality projects across both the residential and commercial sector ranging up to £10 million.
This island is consistently voted in the top places to live in the UK and has an excellent quality of life with plenty of sports and recreation activities to enjoy in your spare time.
Initial re-location assistance can be offered with the Director owning properties on the Island.
Duties include:
- Following projects through from inception to completion.
- Preparation of initial and subsequent cost planning models
- Procurement & Sub contractor management
- Preparation of tender documents
- Preparation of contract documents
- Cost management during the construction phase comprising valuations, agreement of variations and preparation of cost reports
Candidate Profile:
- Build / Construction background
- Demonstrable experience with a Contractor
-Degree Qualified or relevant experience
-Able to maintain a high level of work quality.
