- Description
- We are currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor for an established Main Contractor in Edinburgh.
This role be based out of the Edinburgh office with the majority of work in the surrounding area.
Responsibilities for the successful Surveyor will include- Being commercially responsible for new build Social House and Flatted Developments
- Managing costings for the project
- Working alongside Site/Project manager to bring project in within time and budget
Requirements for the role- Educated to degree level in Quantity Surveying (MRICS MCIOB ideally)
- Main Contractor background ideally but not essential
- Demonstrable Housing Experience
