- A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced workshop manager to join one of Scotlands most Prestigious Joinery and Cabinet Making companies in Edinburgh.
Key responsibilities:
·Management of the workshop and employees
·Scheduling and allocating production.
·Management of staff including disciplinary matters and identification of training needs
·Making sure that products are produced/ installed on time and are of good quality
·Working out the human and material resources needed
·Budgets and ensuring most cost effective methods are employed
They are looking for someone who has experience with traditional joinery, who is passionate about their work, has good people management skills, and is presentable at all times.
