Description
Construction and Property Recruitment are currently seeking a Architectural Technician to join one of our clients teams in Moray. 

Your role will involve working on domestic properties only. This will include creating drawings using Auto CAD, carrying out surveys and taking measurements. Assisting other team members, which will include Architects and technicians with the daily design work.  

In order to be successful for this role: Experience working in a similar role involving Housing projects. Competent working with Auto cad. Have the ability to work on your own initiative  

This role is temporary for 3 months but has the potential to extend for the right person.
