Description

C&P are currently looking  for an experienced Site Manager in the Oban area.

The job is a multi million pound bespoke New build from a greenfield site and will be a mixture of both Steel & Timber.

Job starts Mid July and is expected to last around a year and a half.

Duties will include but not limited to:
• Supervising and allocating duties to  site operatives, ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Management sub-contractors
• Managing safety on site.
• Attending and providing progress updates.
• Maintaining daily records of site activities.

Must Have

  • SMSTS
  • Previous New Build Experience

Salary is negotiable and accomodation needs can be discussed if travelling.
