- C&P are currently looking for Project & Senior Project Managers on a permanent basis for one of Scotlands Largest Main Contractors.
Having recently secured a number of long term contracts across the Residential and Commercial Sector they are looking to add to there growing construction team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career with a well established, sustainable company.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing a number of live projects
- Performing site visits, ensuring that the site teams (incl. site managers, operatives, sub-contractors)
- Delivering the project on time, on budget and in line with health and safety requirements
- Keeping senior stakeholders updated about progress
The Ideal Candidate will have
• Previous experience as Project Manager on multi-million pound construction projects
•SMSTS training certificate
• First aid training certificate
• Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
• Understanding of Health and Safety rules and procedures
• Right to work in the UK
Salary depending on experience.
