- C&P are actively looking for an experienced Project Manager for a High value Project in the Glasgow area.
The Project the you will be in charge of is a Large £50 million Flatted Development in the centre of Glasgow with work due to start in the coming months and expected to last 3 years.
This is a complex job and the flats are a mix of steel & timber frame with 2 Blocks being built simultaneously.
As the Project Manager your duties will include:
- Communicating with the team
- Supervising the team on site including any Site Managers or Assistant Site Managers
- Ensuring the project is running to program and spec
- Attending weekly progress meetings with the site team and subcontractors
- Experience on Timber Frame & Steel Flatted development projects
- Experience with program management
- Understanding of Health and Safety legislations
This is a role paying between £65-£70K per annum alongside an attractive package.
Work is to take place in June, potential for an earlier start depending on availability.
