- Client and Position :
Our client is a Main Construction Contractor that works all across across Scotland. Their main office is based in the Falkirk area but they have various sites across Scotland.
This is an excellent oppurtunity to gain skills and build on existing knowledge which will then aid in career progression.
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will:
- Assisting in the preparation of valuation data
- Ensure the client is informed of project costs and agree changes.
- Cost/value reconciliations
- Performance analysis
- Production of project valuations
- Monitoring performance
- Support Senior Quantity Surveyors
- Agree weekly costs and values
- Monitor the contract costs and values
- Compilation of Target Prices and Final Accounts
- Ensure achievement of performance targets for teams are in line with the agreed programme
The ideal candidate will:
- Have the relevent qualifications i.e degree or HND
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in carrying out the duties above on similar sites.
- Hold a full UK Drivers license and vehicle.
