- Description
- C&P are currently looking for a Q.S/P.M for an initial 6 months contract covering maternity leave with potential for extension due to potential future workload.
The position will be starting asap to enable project learning and handover.
The sucessful PM/ QS will be responsible for estimated £3m school extension and refurbishment together with a variety of PM QS roles on other smaller projects.
MRICS qualified preferred but not essential if proven track record providing similar services can be demonstrated.
Rather than solely QS skills, would prefer candidates to have a crossover of Project Management and QS skills as invariably the candidate may be asked to take on projects in a PM capacity in addition to any QS role.
Must have
- Car & drivers – candidate will be expected to have their own vehicle and full clean driving license
- Relevant Q.S/P.M experience.
- Job likely to be majority office based but include out of office meetings and site visits etc
- Desirable skills – high level of IT competency expected, CSCS preferred
Position will be paid PAYE £18-£22 p/hr, and will also include holiday pay, pensions and N.I payments.
