Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable time-served plumber to join our team on a long-term, ongoing basis on site in Inverness. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking for stable work with the potential to transition into a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
Management, maintenance, and repair of essential heating, water, and drainage systems
Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective on-site repairs
Ensuring systems operate efficiently and in compliance with relevant standards
Reporting issues, updates, and completed works to site management
Supporting the overall upkeep and reliability of building services
Requirements:
Time-served plumber with relevant qualifications
Proven experience in maintenance and fault diagnosis
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work
Working Hours & Benefits:
37 hours per week (basic)
Regular overtime available
Optional weekend work and backshift opportunities
Long-term, ongoing role with the option of a permanent contract
