Location: Ardersier, Highlands
Start Date: 17th November
Duration: 2-3 weeks
Hours: 48 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
We are currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Banksman to support a busy construction project in Ardersier, Highlands. This short-term contract offers the opportunity to work with a well-respected contractor on a highly active site, ensuring safe and efficient movement of plant and vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Directing and marshalling plant and site traffic
Communicating clear and safe guidance to operators
Ensuring site safety procedures are strictly followed
Supporting the site team to maintain an orderly working environment
Requirements:
Valid Banksman qualification (PVM, Vehicle Marshal or equivalent)
Minimum 1 year site experience in a similar role
Strong awareness of site safety practices and vehicle movement protocols
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple plant movements
