Where: Ardersier, Highlands

Duration: 23 weeks
We are currently recruiting for a Groundworker or Semi-Skilled Labourer to join a short-term project based in Ardersier, Highlands. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to maintaining high standards on site.
You will be working as part of a busy construction crew and supporting day-to-day groundwork operations. Applicants should have a minimum of one year's experience within a similar role and hold a valid CSCS card.
Duties will include:
General groundwork and site preparation
Laying terram and assisting with ground stabilisation works
Minor concrete work and assisting with small pours
Supporting trades and contributing to a clean, safe work environment
Following site health and safety procedures at all times
We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals who can work well within a team, use their own initiative, and maintain a positive attitude on site. Punctuality and good communication skills are essential. Candidates must also be physically fit and prepared for outdoor work in variable weather conditions.
