- Description
- We are currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a growing property developer in central Edinburgh.
This position has come about due to a retirement in the start of the new year, they would like to begin handover process asap however.
The work they do is new and exciting to the Edinburgh market and as they are an expanding business its a fantastic time to be getting involved, projects are primarily within high end refurbishments and extensions.
This would be an ideal position for an experienced Quantity surveyor from a domestic background looking for a new challenge, to have more autonomy with there work and to become an integral part of a strong team.
Must have- Demonstrable experience within Residential/Domestic Quantity Surveying
- Relevant Qualifications or equivalent experience
- Ability to estimate projects advantageous
