- Construction and Property are currently recruiting for a QS Assistant based in Elgin. This is a well established company which has an excellent reputation for looking after their staff.
In order to be successful for this role you will be required to have a relevant qualification in Quantity Surveyor (ONC, HNC or HND) Duties will involve- Management of Sub-Contract accounts through to completion including valuations, payments, variations, forecast final accounts and contractual correspondence.
- Attend regular meetings with Key stakeholders client to ensure account agreement is progressed.
- Assisting with analysing and reporting on costs and cash flow vs budget
