- Description
- Our client a leading construction contractor based in the Inverness area has a requirement for an experienced Administrator for a 12 month assignment.
The ideal candidate will have a previous administration background with excellent attention to detail and good phone manner. The assignment will be based on a 37hr working week.
Duties of this role will include:
- Delegating calls
- Dealing with Customer Care queries
- Taking Minutes
- Producing Directors documents
- Diary Maintenance
- Arranging meetings and lunches
- Set up of Boardroom meetngs
- Arranging visits and appointments for Occupational Health
