- Description
- I am currently working on behalf of a large client who is looking to take on a maintenance work surveyor based in east Dunbartonshire. The project is likely to take around 6 months where in this time the successful candidate will be responsible for surveying properties both void and tenanted and preparing reports for the management team and contractors in order to manage repairs and restore properties to the high standard expected by tenants.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in the housing sector, from a trade’s background and have experience in a similar position. It is crucial that all candidates are able to step into this role and confidently carry out the work without much in the way of training other than understanding the individual processes of this specific client.
This opportunity will allow for a variety of work and the opportunity to be out meeting with tenants on a daily basis. A basic disclosure may be required for this position.
