- Description
- My Client is a major provider of social housing and is looking for a Maintainence Manager to head a team of six maintainance surveyors who look after their housing stock.
The successful person will ideally have experience in a similar role/ have an awareness of maintaince building surveyoring and a technical background.
This role is an exciting oppurtunity for someone looking to gain management experience who has a hands on back ground in building maintaainance surveying or for an individual with management experince in a similar role that is coming to the end of a contract.
The salary for this position can be negotiated dependant on relevant experience.
The candidate must have the following-
- membership of the RICS
- an experience in management of similar teams
- a full drivers license and access to a vehicle
- a willingness to travel around the southern belt of scotland and occasionally further affield
- strong verbal and written skills
- an awareness of IT programmes including microsft Excel
