Description
My client is a housing association based in the Glasgow area looking for a project manager on a six month contract. This will largely be dealing with void works on the housing stock of 3000+ properties.

Experience required:
  • Maintenance co-ordination  
  • Housing association experience preferred
  • Managing a small team
  • Managing contractors
  • Working within set deadlines
