- Description
- My client is looking for a part-time Administrator to assist them over a busy period. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and providing general support to departments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary contract for a minimum of 7 months. Contract may be extended for the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
·Manage and organise office operations and procedures.
·Data input using Microsoft packages and bespoke systems.
·Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls.
·Provide excellent Customer Service.
·Assist with data entry and scanning documents on to the system.
·Follow processes and procedures.
·General office administration tasks.
Qualifications:
·Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
·Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
·Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
·Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
The hours are approx. 5 hours a day Mon-Fri, but can be negotiable.
