Description
My client is seeking an experienced part time Bookkeeper/Administrator to manage day-to-day financial and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
·Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments.
·Process purchase and sales orders
·Prepare and submit VAT returns.
·General office administration tasks including filing, scanning and typing of documentation.
·Answering phones and email enquiries.
·Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed.
·Ensure smooth running of the office, liaising with suppliers and customers.
·Liaise with external accountants and auditors.
Qualifications:
·Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, or in a similar role.
·Proficiency in using Xero accounting software.
·Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
·Excellent organisational and time management skills.
·Attention to detail and accuracy.
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
