Description
My client is currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Document Controller/Site Administrator. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient management of the company's documentation and administrative processes.
As a Document Controller/Site Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, organising, and controlling all company documents while also providing administrative support to various departments. This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Document Management:
·Organise and maintain physical and electronic documents in a systematic and easily accessible manner.
·Ensure all documents are up-to-date, accurately labelled, and comply with company standards.
·Implement and maintain document control procedures to track revisions and approvals.
2.Administrative Support:
·Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and correspondence.
·Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes.
·Collaborate with various departments to support their administrative needs.
3.Quality Assurance:
·Conduct regular audits to ensure document accuracy and compliance with company policies.
·Work closely with other departments to address any discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
4.Communication:
·Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate smooth communication and document flow.
·Respond to internal and external document inquiries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
·Proven experience as a Document Controller.
·Proven experience of Site Administration.
·Strong proficiency in document management software and MS Office suite.
·Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
·High attention to detail and accuracy.
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
·Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
