Description
My client supply cranes and operators to Construction companies across the UK. They are committed to delivering high-quality services and creating a safe and efficient work environment. My client is seeking a skilled and experienced Crawler Crane Operator to join their team for various temporary projects across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate crawler cranes safely and efficiently to lift and move heavy materials and equipment.
  • Conduct pre-operational equipment checks to ensure the crane's proper functioning.
  • Rig loads and provide guidance to ground personnel during crane operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, including daily inspections of the crane.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the project team to meet project deadlines and requirements.
Requirements:
  • Valid Crawler Crane Operator certification.
  • Must have CPCS Blue Card.
  • Previous experience operating crawler cranes, specifically on construction sites.
  • Knowledge of crane operation safety procedures and best practices.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to travel to various project sites nationwide.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
