- My client supply cranes and operators to Construction companies across the UK. They are committed to delivering high-quality services and creating a safe and efficient work environment. My client is seeking a skilled and experienced Crawler Crane Operator to join their team for various temporary projects across the country.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate crawler cranes safely and efficiently to lift and move heavy materials and equipment.
- Conduct pre-operational equipment checks to ensure the crane's proper functioning.
- Rig loads and provide guidance to ground personnel during crane operations.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including daily inspections of the crane.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the project team to meet project deadlines and requirements.
- Valid Crawler Crane Operator certification.
- Must have CPCS Blue Card.
- Previous experience operating crawler cranes, specifically on construction sites.
- Knowledge of crane operation safety procedures and best practices.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites nationwide.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
