Description
Job Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant
Location: Fort William
Duration: 4 Months
About Us: Our client is currently seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to join the team and provide crucial support during a busy period.
Job Description: As a Temporary Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support the team and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
·Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document management.
·Answer and direct phone calls, and deal with enquiries to the helpdesk.
·Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments, as well as maintaining calendars.
·Assist with the management of the vehicle fleet by arranging servicing and repairs.
·To schedule and dispatch electronic work orders to engineers.
·Produce reports for Operational Managers and Supervisors.
·Manage contractors visiting the site.
·To carry out such other duties relating to the department as required by management
·Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
Qualifications:
·HNC/HND in Administration or SVQ3 Administration or equivalent.
·Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
·Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
·Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
· Adaptability and the ability to learn quickly.
