- Construction and Property Recruitment are currently seeking a Mechanical Clerk of works to join one of our busy clients in Moray.
You will require to have experience working on Housing projects which will include all aspects of maintenance as well as Heating Installations/Upgrades. You will need to posess strong communication skills as you will be liasing with contractors for snagging and inspection works on a large site.
Experience as a plumber or heating engineer who has had previously dealt with managing trades staff at all levels. As you may be required to work on various sites you will need to have a driving licence and Transport.
This contract is looking to start within the next two weeks with successful candidate running the contract through until March 2021.
