- Description
- Construction and Property are currently looking to recruit an experienced Surveyor. You will need to be a degree qualified Suryevor to be considered for the role.
Yor role will involve carrying out risk based surveys of schools during the holiday period 1 July to 16 August. This would include inspection of building elements (including working at height) both externally and internally over approx. 50 school locations and identifying essential make safe repairs from a health and safety concerns perspective.
This would be based on a standard 40 hrs working week Monday to Friday, although we would be prepared to discuss working longer hours over 4 days if that would suit the successful candidate.
A company vehicle is also available, but if no vehicle is available our client will pay £0.45 per business mile. The position will be based in Elgin.
