<ul><li>Contact tenants to arrange access for surveys and window replacement works.</li><li>Explain the programme, timescales and expected disruption clearly and professionally.</li><li>Maintain regular communication with residents before, during and after the work.</li><li>Liaise with site managers, operatives, subcontractors and housing representatives.</li><li>Identify vulnerable tenants or additional support requirements and coordinate suitable arrangements.</li><li>Record appointments, access issues, complaints and completed visits accurately.</li><li>Respond promptly to tenant enquiries and resolve concerns wherever possible.</li><li>Carry out resident satisfaction checks following completion.</li><li>Support the site team in keeping the programme on schedule.</li></ul>
About You<br><br>The successful candidate will have:<br>
<ul><li>Previous experience in tenant liaison, social housing, customer service or a resident-facing construction role.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>A calm, tactful and professional approach to complaints or difficult situations.</li><li>Good organisation and administrative skills.</li><li>Confidence working independently and as part of a busy site team.</li><li>Competence using email, spreadsheets and standard office systems.</li></ul>
