- We are currently looking for an experienced office administrator for our construction client near the centre of Edinburgh on an immediate basis.
Duties will include
- Day to day admin
- Taking details & organizing jobs over phone
- Assisting with purchasing
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by director
- General duties to support the smooth running of the Office.
- Administration experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ideally experience working within a construction company previously.
This is a full time position and will be on a timesheet with the potential to go permanent for the right person.
