Are you an experienced Civils Contracts Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the stunning landscapes of the Scottish Highlands? Join my Clients dynamic team and take the next step in your career!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review project design and specifications to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Attend site design, review, and progress meetings, representing the company's interests.
  • Conduct site audits and act on findings to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Serve as the direct point of contact between the client and the company, managing communications effectively.
  • Receive and assess design changes from the client, facilitating agreement of variations as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence with the company's Skills and Competence Policy and Procedures.
  • Organise labour, plant, and materials for multiple projects, optimising resources across contracts.
  • Liaise with other contract managers to deliver project coordination.
  • Attend team briefings and promote a culture of safety and collaboration.


Applicants Must Hold the Minimum Requirements:

  • CSCS Card
  • NRSWA Supervisor
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid Certification
  • Driving Licence
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Strong team management abilities
  • Minimum 5 years of Site Management experience in civil works
  • Results-oriented mindset
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop new skills, work on own initiative, and meet financial and company deadlines
  • Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
  • General IT literacy
  • Valid Right to Work in the UK
